She focuses on executive coaching, top-team effectiveness, and talent advisory for senior investors/consultants, founders, and C-suite leaders. She partners with both corporate and private-equity backed businesses and brings a particularly strong track record accelerating individual and team performance at an inflection point (e.g., new investor, role, level, company, or heightened business growth expectations).

Previously, Megan was at ghSMART, a leadership advisory firm where she conducted executive coaching, top team effectiveness, and talent assessment work for senior investors, founders, and C-suite leaders. Prior to that, Megan was a Principal at BCG focused on growth strategy, consumer insights, digital marketing, and strategic people topics (e.g., succession strategy, post-merger leadership integration, top team org design).

Megan holds a Bachelors and Masters in Accountancy from Wake Forest University (highest honors) and an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School.
