About
-Walt Disney
Blake Street Group was formed out of a recognition of one simple pattern: companies that generate extraordinary results do so by selecting and developing great people. Over the past decade, we have been solely dedicated to helping companies achieve extraordinary returns through people.
Since forming, BSG set out to be the best in the world at assessing, developing, and aligning executives and organizations. Clients work with BSG for:
BSG delivers answers and solutions to its clients’ most difficult questions and challenges. As an independent advisor, we play a valuable role in critical human capital and operating decisions often complicated by lack of information and clarity. We have a proven track record, measured and analyzed by long-term clients.
BSG is not a team of career consultants. Having worked directly in operating companies and private equity firms, BSG’s team understands the challenges and sensitivities that its clients face.
BSG delivers data-driven answers and solutions.
While BSG leverages its decade-plus history and experience to identify critical insights, the firm adheres to an important philosophy: “You gotta do the work.” There are no short-cuts for critical human capital decisions. The principals of Blake Street Group execute every assessment.
BSG leverages years of experience in multiple talent management, advisory, and private equity roles.
